Avoid hot showers (warm is fine) and saunas for 48 hours. Skip workouts or any activity causing sweat for 24 hours. Use Aloe Vera if the area feels irritated—no moisturizers. Refrain from waxing during the treatment period as it reduces laser effectiveness. Stick to SPF 50+ and avoid direct sunlight for two weeks.
